Job Summary
Field Technician (Inspector) responsible for testing, repairing, and inspecting fixed fire protection systems and their components, documenting deficiencies, and communicating discrepancies to Eagle Fire and customers. Requires reading diagrams, blueprints, and specifications; NICET certification; extensive experience; ability to travel; adherence to codes/standards; and strong customer service. Required Qualifications
- NICET certification
- Fire Sprinkler Manufacturer’s Certifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
- 4+ years of industry experience
- Knowledge of fire protection codes and standards
- Able to travel and stay out of town as needed
- Able to operate and use measuring instruments and gauges
- Ability to stand for long periods and physically capable of lifting, crouching, reaching, pushing, and pulling
