Job Summary
Manage and develop operations, sales, and administration for the fire suppression department while assuming full profit and loss accountability. Directly supervise a diverse workforce, including fire technicians, by handling hiring, coaching, performance management, and ensuring adherence to laws, values, and budget parameters. Ensure effective planning for long-term and short-term goals while building partnerships to grow the business within the industry marketplace. Execute oversight of branch KPI results and maintain strong relationships with management, customers, and sales personnel. Requires a Bachelor's degree, fire protection certifications, and 3+ years in B2B services. Full-time role with physical requirements including lifting 50 pounds and driving.
Required Qualifications
- Professional certification in Fire Protection, specifically extinguishers
- 3 or more years of experience in the B2B Services industry
- 1 or more years of supervisory or management experience
- Ability to set and meet aggressive commitments to achieve business objectives
- Ability to focus and prioritize in a fast-paced business environment
- Ability to manage and lead staff to excellent performance
- Ability to build strategic partnerships and possess a strong and positive history of growth within a market
- Maintain a valid driver's license
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times
- Must be able to operate a motor vehicle
- Must be able to travel when needed
- Must pass a drug and background check
