Job Summary
Fire Service Manager responsible for leading fire compliance and remedial works across a national estate. Oversees fire door inspection programs, defect assessment and remediation, and ensures compliance with statutory requirements. Requires experience in fire safety, risk management, and coordination with operations, supply chains, and Defence Infrastructure Organisation (DIO). Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, budget oversight, and use of CAFM/Maximo systems; SC clearance is a condition of employment. Home-based with national travel in the UK; hybrid working arrangements may apply in some areas.
Required Qualifications
- Fire Door Inspection qualification
- Passive Fire experience
- relevant fire safety qualifications
- experience managing fire compliance activities
- experience coordinating multiple workstreams
- ability to obtain and maintain SC Clearance

- Must be able to obtain and maintain SC Clearance as a condition of employment
