Job Summary
Handle fire panel alerts and address concerns, taking systems offline when required. Perform fire inspections, conduct drills, and write detailed reports submitted via the online system. Secure the lobby and front desk while greeting guests and directing them to appropriate staff. Supervise and provide directions to other security staff. This role requires a valid NY Security Guard License, F89/T89/Z89 certification, and US work authorization. Shifts are available days and nights across residential, commercial, and government locations in New York City.
Required Qualifications
- Valid NY Security Guard License
- Valid F89, T89 cards or Z89 certificate
- Authorized to work in the US
- Must be able to handle simple computer and smartphone operations
- Must be able to stand for long hours if required
- Must be able climb stairs
- Basic knowledge of security operations and procedure
