Job Summary
Commercially minded Fire Safety Compliance Coordinator responsible for coordinating fire door and compartmentation remedial works across London-based projects from survey to completion, certification and invoicing. Manages workloads to maximise productivity and daily revenue, allocates works to minimise travel and costs, tracks revenue and completion targets, prepares quotations from surveys, follows up to secure approvals, arranges access, monitors projects through to completion, ensures certification and compliance documentation, and raises invoices. Primary client liaison throughout the project lifecycle; handles challenging conversations and project challenges while maintaining accuracy and high-quality records. Experience with scheduling systems and a data-driven approach to monitoring performance is expected.
