Fire Repair Scheduling Coordinator II

Job Summary
Schedule and optimize service work, dispatch field labor to meet customer requests, handle emergency dispatching of engineers, and perform long-term planning to distribute workload. Use an AI Scheduling Platform (SEDU) to create technician schedules and maintain daily activities, while communicating with customers and personnel to resolve issues. Monitor branch activity for program alignment, identify areas for improvement, and implement action plans with management. Prioritize scheduling backorders, reassign work as needed to meet customer commitments, and track technician activity to provide status updates on arrivals and delays.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years customer service experience
- Associates or Bachelors preferred
- Experience working in a fast-paced work environment
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Prior experience Coordinating/Scheduling in a service-related Industry
- Intermediate Excel Skills
- Use of Oracle systems, preferred
- Product knowledge of life safety (Fire Alarm & Sprinkler) equipment, preferred
