Job Summary
Experienced Outside Sales Representative to drive new business growth in fire and life safety solutions across Georgia. Responsibilities include prospecting, qualifying opportunities, meeting via cold calls, site visits, networking, and in-person meetings; build long-term customer relationships; manage full sales cycle from opportunity identification through customer onboarding; develop and maintain a qualified sales pipeline; collaborate with Inside Sales, Operations, and Customer Service to ensure smooth onboarding of new customers; support pricing and proposal development in alignment with company guidelines; maintain consistent follow-up to advance opportunities and close business; achieve monthly new customer acquisition goals and quarterly revenue targets; maintain established weekly activity metrics (calls, meetings, proposals); continuously refine sales skills, product knowledge, and sales approach.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a service-based sales environment requiring cold calling
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to manage time, territory, and priorities effectively
- Comfort initiating conversations and navigating objections
- Experience using CRM systems and sales tracking tools
- Fire and life safety experience is a plus, but not required
