Fire Protection / Plumbing Engineer - Critical Facilities

Job Summary
Fire Protection and Plumbing Engineer responsible for designing plumbing and fire protection systems for mission critical facilities (data centers), including hot/cold water systems, non-potable water, water treatment, sanitary drainage, vent systems, pumping, gas distribution, fire suppression, sprinkler design with hydraulic calculations, and incipient fire detection. Will prepare drawings and specifications, perform load calculations, engage in QA/QC, develop standards, and produce contract documents using Revit and AutoCAD. Travel to client sites for meetings and site observations; coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure design intent and functional integration. Requires strong technical knowledge, 5+ years’ experience preferred, and Proficiency with Revit/AutoCAD; NFPA and International Codes familiarity; excellent communication and client interfacing skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Fire Protection / Plumbing engineering
