Job Summary
Local operations management role responsible for ensuring the effective operation of the division, supervising technical and administrative personnel, achieving financial/operational goals, driving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a safe work environment. Requires knowledge of NFPA 72, licensing/certification per codes, and strong leadership, training, and communication skills. Travel and flexibility to meet customer requirements are expected. Mentorship and training opportunities available through apprenticeship pathways in fire sprinkler, fire alarm, and inspection. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years related operational management experience in fire protection or commercial customer service
- NICET or equivalent training from manufacturers or institutions; NFPA 72 knowledge
- Licensing and certification as required by National, State and Local codes
- Four-year college degree in management or business administration or comparable experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter with ability to work with little supervision
- Ability to travel and work flexible hours including weekends
