Job Summary
Lead the construction of Fire Protection Sprinkler and Suppression systems on industrial and large commercial projects. Manage field crews, coordinate with the Superintendent and project team to meet client satisfaction and project profitability, review plans and specs, participate in hand-offs, enforce site safety policies, conduct weekly toolbox talks, and complete incident reporting and potential claim documentation. Collaborate to implement the Quality Assurance Plan, monitor schedule and identify delays or opportunities to accelerate, requisition materials/equipment as needed, ensure tools/equipment are secured, verify proper installation of all systems, and use mobile tech to track and distribute project information. Maintain site cleanliness and timely submission of required reports/logs. Requires OSHA 10 certification and a proven track record as a Foreman within construction, with strong organizational, time-management, and leadership skills.
Required Qualifications
- OSHA 10 certification
- Previous experience as a construction Foreman or similar role
- Knowledge of local safety, quality, and health guidelines for construction job sites
- Ability to lead and inspire
- Ability to communicate professionally
