Job Summary
Fire & Life Safety Engineer / Consultant responsible for leading fire and life safety projects in the hospitality sector across the Middle East. Based in Riyadh or Dubai with 50% travel, the role covers code consulting, fire safety drawing reviews, client meetings, and preparation/presentation of technical reports. You will lead design reviews, assist in business development, and present fire engineering strategies to clients, while collaborating with a global firm to deliver high-quality safety designs for diverse venues such as high-rise buildings, commercial centers, bridges, and stadiums.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Fire Safety Engineering
- 5+ years of experience in Fire engineering
- Experience in Code consulting and developing performance-based strategies in a project design environment
- Excellent report writing and interpersonal/communication skills
- Ability to present clear and technically sound fire engineering strategies
- Ability to speak and write effectively in English; public speaking and negotiations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong project management capabilities and understanding of project financials
- Willingness to travel extensively (over 50%)
