Job Summary
Ensure all operations involving Company aircraft comply with Federal Aviation Regulations, the Air Evac EMS Operations Manual, and state/municipal regulations. Operate the aircraft safely and efficiently while conducting preflight checks before every shift or transport. Stay current on weather forecasts and maintain shift readiness. Requires 2000 total flight hours, 1500 helicopter hours, and 1000 hours as pilot in command. Includes 15K sign-on bonus, 40K retention bonus after three years, and on-duty housing. Required Qualifications
- 2000 hours total flight time
- 1500 hours helicopter time
- 1000 hours helicopter pilot in command
- 500 hours turbine
- 100 hours night unaided, or 50 hours unaided with 100 hours aided
- Previous HAA experience or equivalent
- Rotorcraft-Helicopter Commercial Certificate
- Rotorcraft-Helicopter Instrument Rating
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Pilot License
- FAA Medical Certificate
