Job Summary
Ensure proper access control guidelines are followed by guests and vendors while securing the premises and providing security assistance when necessary. Submit incident reports and other documentation to building management and Security USA. Maintain a valid NY State Security Guard License and F02 certificate, and operate simple computer and smartphone systems effectively. Work rotating shifts including Mon-Sun 4pm-12am, Wed-Sun 4pm-12am, and other day-night combinations in Staten Island. Serve residential, commercial, and government clients across NJ and NY with strong written communication skills and a customer service attitude.
Required Qualifications
- Valid NY State Security Guard License
- Valid NY F02 and or F80 certificate
- At least 18 years old with high school diploma or equivalent
- Authorized to work in the US
- Effective written and verbal communication skills and ability to write reports
- Great customer service attitude
- Must be able to handle simple computer and smartphone operations
