Fire Fighter

Firefighter to join Ventia’s Fire Services Team at RAAF Base Pearce (WA). You will work as part of a team of firefighters responsible for responding to incidents including airfield, structural, and bushfire management. Duties include maintaining operational readiness, performing administrative duties related to operations, complying with health and safety requirements, and undertaking required training and drills. Eligibility requires Australian citizenship, the ability to obtain and maintain Defence Security Clearance up to negative vetting 1 (secret), successful AFP check, and CASABasic Class 2 medical. Minimum qualifications include PUA20622 Certificate II in Public Safety (Firefighting and Emergency Operations) and PUA30619 Certificate III in Public Safety (Firefighting and Emergency Operations).
