Job Summary
Conduct inspections, sell, and service fire suppression components including extinguishers, emergency lights, and other fire products while maintaining a clean, organized vehicle and ensuring safety for yourself, co-workers, and customers. Manage time to complete maximum service calls while achieving weekly productivity goals assigned by the Branch Manager. Learn applicable fire protection codes and obtain required licensing and certification under National, State, and Local regulations. Work safely according to company procedures covering driving, personal protective equipment, and lockout/tag-out policies. Based in the Williston, VT District Office with relocation assistance available.
Required Qualifications
- A valid driver's license and a current and sustainable good driving record
- Satisfactory results in a company mandated criminal background check and drug test
- Successful completion of a drug test and pre-employment background screening
- MVR checks
- The ability to learn applicable inspection and servicing codes
- The ability to learn and comprehend general electrical safety procedures
Desired Qualifications
- Experience selling and servicing a variety of fire suppression components including fire extinguishers, emergency lights and other fire products
- An electrical background or a basic level of comfort and knowledge with electrical work
