Job Summary
Manage warranty claims and road tech parts ordering while monitoring inventory and reporting discrepancies to the Parts Manager. Locate parts and accessories for pickup, delivery, or installation, ensuring accurate sales documentation and invoicing. Greet walk-in customers, advise on warranties and promotions, and assist with heavy product pickups. Maintain retail zone stocking levels, replenish displays, and record lost sales or back orders. Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Have a basic understanding of mechanics and heavy-duty chassis
- Excellent record keeping and track of multiple orders
- Knowledge of warranty parts replacement and vendor systems
- Knowledge of CDK and or other ERP systems
- Team player with excellent customer service skills
- Basic math and comprehension skills
- Excellent data and record keeping skills required
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs with the ability to climb if needed
- Familiar with finding comparable parts
- Maintain accurate sales documentation
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all vehicles, accessories and promotions
