Job Summary
Field-based Fire Door Joiner responsible for fire door surveys, installations, and remedial works to FIRAS standards; conduct inspections, diagnose faults, and document findings in real-time using One Trace Software on a company mobile device; take ownership of daily site schedules and ensure contract requirements are met on time; maintain a safety-first approach with RAMS while representing Urmson Fire Specialists to clients and site managers. Requires hands-on joinery experience with fire door inspection, upgrading, and installation techniques; comfortable using smartphone/tablet apps for data entry and field-based reporting systems; willing to travel to varied site locations. Qualifications include NVQ Level 2 in Joinery, CSCS Card, and a valid UK driving licence; FIRAS certification is highly preferred.
