Fire Door Carpenter

Carry out fire door repairs and remedial works, adjusting, maintaining, and replacing hinges, closers, handles, locks, seals, and intumescent strips. Install and replace fire doors where required, ensuring all tasks comply with fire door standards and are completed in both occupied and void properties. Fit smoke seals and address remedial works identified during inspections. Operate with your own van and tools, including 110V or battery-operated equipment, while holding a valid CSCS card, Asbestos Awareness training, and relevant NVQ qualification. Work across London and surrounding areas on long-term projects within the social housing sector.
