Job Summary
Pack and crate damaged furniture and photograph existing damage, then relocate items for storage or return to the customer residence. Perform structure and contents cleaning using specialized equipment and SERVPRO solutions while preparing rooms according to project requirements. Inventory and load vehicles with necessary equipment and supplies, maintaining a clean appearance for all gear. Execute end-of-day cleanup and breakdown to leave workspaces tidy. Comply with security and risk management guidelines while communicating with supervisors to ensure efficient processes. Travel locally and out of state as needed for restoration projects.
Required Qualifications
- Cleaning experience
- High School Diploma/GED
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling height, and work in confined spaces (eg, crawl spaces, attics)
- Ability to sit/stand/walk for extended periods of time
- Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
- Ability to work with and around cleaning products and chemicals
- Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary
- Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
Desired Qualifications
- Driver's license (not required but preferred)
