Job Summary
Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies for each fire restoration project. Prepare rooms and staging areas, then perform pack-out, cleaning, move-back, and other tasks as directed. Adhere to safety guidelines while communicating with the crew chief to maintain efficient production. Complete end-of-day cleanup and leave every jobsite clean and orderly. Maintain a clean vehicle and professional equipment appearance throughout the shift. This role is part of SERVPRO's team focused on helping customers recover from fire and water damage.
Required Qualifications
- Effective oral communication
- Basic math skills
- High school diploma/GED
- Attention to detail and organization
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces
- Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
- Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals
- Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
- Ability to successfully complete and pass a drug test
- Must have a clean driving record with a minimum of three years of driving experience
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred
- IICRC certifications preferred, but not required
