Job Summary
Join Fire Bowl Café as an Assistant General Manager to support daily operations and P&L management of a fast-casual restaurant. The role involves recruiting talent, driving sales, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of three years of restaurant leadership experience, including P&L responsibility
- Demonstrated ability to recruit, develop, and retain high-caliber teams
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and proof of insurance
- Food Safety Certification/Food Handler’s Card (or ability to obtain upon hire)
- Ability to stand and walk continuously for six + hours per day, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs.
Desired Qualifications
- Food service, hospitality, and/or F&B experience is preferred
- Strong business acumen with proficiency in labor reporting, cost controls, and administrative systems
- Excellent communication, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills
