Job Summary
Lead mitigation projects and perform restoration services according to IICRC standards; supervise crews, ensure proper documentation, and focus on delivering compassionate customer service in times of need. Responsibilities include arriving on time, completing time sheets, following safety procedures, complying with company/state/federal rules, loading/unloading equipment, performing demolition as needed, and protecting client property. Requires valid driver’s license and prior restoration industry experience; IICRC WRT qualification preferred. Strong emphasis on leadership, timely project execution, safety, and exceptional customer experience in Houston, TX.
