Fire Alarm Technician

Job Summary
Perform maintenance and service of fire alarm systems independently across commercial, industrial, and construction environments. Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues; complete standard service calls without direct supervision; interpret system drawings, specifications, and technical manuals; use hand tools and testing equipment; ensure work complies with applicable codes, standards, and company policies; accurately complete service reports and documentation; communicate effectively with customers, team members, and supervisors; identify potential deficiencies and recommend corrective actions; provide guidance to entry-level technicians; travel to job sites as required. Works under strong problem-solving and organizational practices and adheres to safety requirements. Travel and on-site work are essential responsibilities; NICET Level I or above is preferred, and a clean driving record is required for driving roles.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in the fire and life safety industry as a technician
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
