Fire Alarm Technician - EST 3 or 4 Certified

Fire Alarm Technician III tests, repairs, and inspects fire detection systems. He or she must provide exceptional service to both internal and external customers. Responsibilities include installation, programming, repair, testing, and inspection of fire detection and signaling systems on a scheduled basis; documenting inspections for records and authorities; communicating discrepancies and repair needs to the company and customers; following up to ensure repairs are completed; marketing EFI services to customers; training Technician Trainees; and maintaining current certifications/licenses through continuing education. Overtime may be required in support of obligations, and adherence to company standards and procedures is required.
