Job Summary
Fire Alarm Service Technician responsible for testing, inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing fire alarm systems to ensure proper operation and compliance with applicable codes; perform installation, maintenance, and system upgrades including wiring, batteries, detectors, and control panels; diagnose service issues and respond to repair calls with minimal supervision; read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents to support accurate installation and system integration; maintain detailed service records, follow safety standards and PPE requirements, and use proper tools; health, dental, and vision insurance, PTO + holidays, 401(k) with match, and company vehicle provided.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in installation, service, testing, troubleshooting, and programming of fire alarm systems required.
