Job Summary

Act as the primary contact for customers in the fire protection and life safety domain, prospect for new business, and expand service opportunities. Prepare proposals for large contracts and multi-location accounts, including retro-fit and new-construction projects. Maintain strong customer relations, read and interpret construction documents and shop drawings, and ensure high-quality customer service. The role requires self-direction, excellent written and verbal communication, strong organizational skills, and the ability to travel. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and estimating software (Excel) is expected. A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel out of town are required. NICET Level II certification (or the ability to obtain within the first year) is required or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years college experience
  • Seven (7) years of experience in fire protection systems
  • Minimum Level II NICET certification in desired field required (or the ability to obtain Level II within the first year of employment)
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
