Job Summary
Experienced Fire Alarm Systems Project Manager to oversee all project phases for low voltage fire detection and suppression systems, coordinating field operations, design review, budgeting, scheduling, commissioning, and customer interfaces. You will read and interpret blueprints and project specifications, propose change orders, manage job costs and billing to maintain gross margins, and provide guidance to field operations and engineering teams. Requires NICET II, NFPA72 knowledge, 2–5 years PM experience in the fire/security industry, and strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Required Qualifications
- Two to five years of experience with commercial fire detection/fire suppression systems
- Two to five years of experience as a project manager in the fire and security industry
- NICET level II
- Strong working knowledge of NFPA72 code requirements
