Job Summary
Fire Alarm Service Technician responsible for testing, servicing and maintaining fire alarm, CCTV, card access, and intrusion systems in accordance with NFPA and NEC codes; interpret system schematics and wiring diagrams, troubleshoot deficiencies, and communicate professionally with customers. Duties include proper use of tools, completing service calls/inspections, participating in on-call rotation, maintaining company vehicle and tools, and driving local locations. Requires High School Diploma or equivalent and NICET II and/or state certification; minimum 2 years of experience with fire alarm systems, CCTV/Intrusion/Card Access experience preferred; valid driver’s license with clean record. On-site full-time role with multiple locations in Fort Myers, FL.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- NICET II and/or state required certification (FAST)
- Minimum 2 years experience inspecting, servicing and/or installing fire alarm systems
- 2 years experience with CCTV, Intrusion, & Card Access systems preferred
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
