Job Summary
Install or upgrade fire alarms in commercial and residential buildings, and perform inspections to ensure systems meet code. Test, repair, and maintain existing alarm systems while identifying deficiencies and preparing accurate inspection reports. Respond to emergency service calls and maintain company equipment, including the service truck and warehouse vehicles, adhering to all safety regulations. Document work results in a timely manner and perform other duties as assigned. Flexible scheduling may include evening, weekend, and out-of-town assignments. Valid driver's license required.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of fire alarm experience

- flexibility with scheduling requirements that occasionally will require evening, weekend and/or out-of-town assignments
Desired Qualifications
- NICET Fire Alarm certification
- Knowledge of NFPA standards (including 70 and 72)
