Job Summary

Tests, repairs, and inspects fire detection and signaling systems. Provides exceptional service to internal and external customers. Requires NICET Level II certification (or ability to obtain Level II within the first eighteen months of employment). High school diploma or GED required. Based in Charlotte, NC with travel to client sites. Responsibilities include installation, programming, repair, testing, and inspection of fire alarm systems, scheduling inspections, documenting inspections, communicating discrepancies, and training technician trainees. Must adhere to codes/standards, maintain certifications, and support company policies. Required Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Minimum of two years of experience in fire protection systems
  • Minimum of Level II NICET certification or ability to obtain Level II within 18 months
  • Ability to meet physical requirements (lift up to 100 pounds, work at heights, etc.)
  • Valid driver?s license with acceptable driving record
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • English fluency
