Fire Alarm Service Technician responsible for maintaining and growing a route servicing fire extinguishers, kitchen hood, e-light, and pre-engineered/engineered gas system customers; inspect, service, repair and install multiple suppression product lines; provide on-site recommendations, quotes, and upsell opportunities to meet compliance and improve facility efficiency; strong focus on customer service and adherence to safety and code requirements.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalency
- Mechanical or electronic experience
- A valid motor vehicle license
- Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and basic computer knowledge
- Ability to transport equipment weighing up to 40 lbs
- Ability to work in restricted areas and adept at maneuvering ladders
- Effective communication skills
