Job Summary
Conduct routine maintenance and inspections of fire alarm systems for new and existing customers. Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning systems while installing new units per manufacturer specifications and local codes. Maintain accurate service and inspection reports and communicate project status with customers and staff. Follow company safety protocols and stay current on latest technologies. Requires Texas State Fire Marshal licensing and 2-3 years of experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Texas State Fire Marshal licensing (FAL) or equivalent
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in fire alarm service and maintenance
- Possess a strong knowledge of fire alarm systems and their components
- Familiarity with local and national fire codes and regulations
- Ability to perform physical labor and work at heights in a safe and efficient manner
