Fire Alarm Service Sales Representative

Fire Alarm Service Sales Representative responsible for serving as primary contact for region's existing and potential customers, prospecting new opportunities, expanding service and monitoring sales opportunities, maintaining customer satisfaction, and driving proposals and closures. Responsibilities include initiating and closing on renovation/up-fits, inspection, service, repair and monitoring sales; maintaining backlog; pursuing new opportunities via calls, presentations, and correspondence; coordinating timely proposals; using Salesforce CRM for documentation and reporting; preparing cost estimates and submittals; supporting field personnel with materials; participating in pre-job start-up meetings; following up on change orders; collaborating with sales, marketing, technical support, inspection and service teams; providing back-up to Corporate Account Managers; ensuring accurate and timely transactions and maintaining professional standards. Travel within the region and occasional longer trips expected. Requires NICET Level II certification (or ability to obtain within first year), valid driver's license, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and ability to work from heights and in confined spaces. Must be able to read/write English, communicate effectively, and maintain a positive demeanor. Location: Kingsport, TN, United States (onsite). The role emphasizes sales targets, customer service, coordination, and industry knowledge in fire protection systems and life safety.
