Job Summary
Oversee field service operations for fire alarm and low voltage systems at a Fort Myers location. Provide direct supervision for projects to ensure proper execution of services, coordinate equipment rental projects, and assist in handling overflow emergencies in the field. Collaborate with sales on special projects, ensure adherence to safety training standards, and resolve personnel issues with HR support. Participate in budgeting and forecast operating expenses and billing to support annual planning. This role requires management experience and a background as a fire alarm technician, with the ability to read technical manuals and troubleshoot/repair as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's license
- Experience as Fire Alarm technician performing system services, inspections, installations
- Previous fire alarm technician experience preferred
- Read and understand technical manuals
