Job Summary
Assist technicians with service, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting of fire alarm systems under direct supervision. Handle tools, materials, and equipment required for service jobs while maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and guidelines, and accurately complete basic documentation as directed. Travel to job sites in commercial, industrial, and construction environments using hand tools and testing equipment as assigned. Perform physical tasks including lifting 50+ pounds, climbing ladders, and working in varying conditions. High school diploma required; no prior experience necessary. Immediate qualification for the ALL In Ownership Plan available for eligible full-time employees.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to work under direct supervision
- Must have a clean driving record and active driver's license (if Driving Role)
