Job Summary
As a Fire Alarm Technician at Convergint, you will install, program, start-up, and certify fire alarm systems while ensuring customer satisfaction through effective service. Responsibilities include testing and servicing commercial fire-alarm systems, maintaining accurate documentation, and providing customer training on system operation. You will work collaboratively within a team, follow structured inspection schedules, and ensure compliance with corporate and safety policies.
