Fire Alarm Project Manager

Job Summary
Manage the full lifecycle of fire alarm projects from planning, execution, and closeout, including developing budgets, timelines, and tracking critical achievements. Create and maintain project files while managing scheduling and financials to ensure results are achieved on time and within budget. Source, evaluate, and estimate bid opportunities; coordinate with vendors and team resources to establish goals. Review architectural and engineering drawings to oversee installations, uphold quality standards, and ensure compliance with OSHA safety regulations. Requires 5+ years in physical security and 3–4 years in project management with occasional travel to meet customers. On-site in Lowell, AR, 5 days a week.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years' experience in the physical security industry as a technician/engineer/manager
- 3–4 years of project management experience
- proven record of managing the budget, schedule, and full lifecycle of fire alarm projects
- Experience with Access Control and CCTV systems
- Ability to estimate fire alarm projects with little supervision
- Review architectural and engineering drawings to coordinate all physical security installations
- Strong understanding of business operations and budgeting
- impeccable organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple assignments
- Has experience managing projects as a Project Manager or Field Manager
- High energy and a proactive mindset
- Excellent communication ( verbal & written) and customer service skills
- Highly proficient with the use of a personal computer, including email, spreadsheets, and database Microsoft Office programs
- On-site in Lowell, AR (not hybrid or remote)
- Requires in-office presence 5 days a week
- Must be willing to travel a few times a quarter to meet with customers
Desired Qualifications
- Manufacturer certifications (Honeywell, Bosch, Lenel, S2, or Genetec)
- Fire/Burglary Alarm experience
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or other related major or equivalent experience
- Experience working on IT-related projects
- Experience working with Service Now
- Project Management Professional Certification
