Job Summary
Fire Installation Department Supervisor leading field teams in the end-to-end installation, servicing, and programming of fire alarm systems. Responsible for coordinating people and materials, aligning with project coordinators and sales during pre-bid and execution, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery while meeting contractual and financial obligations. Drives revenue and customer satisfaction, mentors installers, manages field resources and fleet, and upholds EHS policies. Requires 5-10 years’ experience in fire alarm installations, supervisory capabilities, and NICET II certification.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Engineering or equivalent field experience
- Minimum of 5-10 years’ experience in Fire Alarm installation environment
- Demonstrate supervisory/leadership abilities including training, team building, presentation and negotiation skills
- NICET Level II Certification in Fire Alarm Systems
