Lead fire alarm installation projects, manage teams and budgets, ensure compliance with safety standards, and maintain customer relationships.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in fire alarm and/or sprinkler system installation, service, or inspection
- 5+ years of business management experience, including profit and loss accountability
Desired Qualifications
- NICET certification preferred (not required)
- Strong knowledge of NFPA codes, installation standards, and blueprint interpretation
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Valid NJ Driver License
