Fire Alarm Inspector

Job Summary
Perform routine inspections, testing, and preventative maintenance of fire protection systems with minimal supervision. Diagnose and evaluate systems requiring servicing, troubleshoot issues during inspections, and properly document all findings to provide detailed reports and recommended corrective actions to customers. Interact face-to-face with clients at hospitals, nursing homes, schools, restaurants, military installations, government buildings, and residential properties while climbing ladders, stairs, and walking long distances to reach all areas. Work independently and with team members, requiring excellent verbal communication skills and a valid driver's license. Must possess or obtain applicable state fire alarm licenses.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Work independently, as well as, with other team members
- Must possess or be willing to obtain any applicable state licenses
- Must have fire alarm license
- Proven record of providing excellent customer service and care
- Valid Drivers License
- Must be willing to climb ladders
- Must be willing to climb stairs
- Must be willing to lift at least 50lbs
- Must be willing to walk long distances
