Job Summary
Assist fire alarm technicians with installation of fire alarm devices, wiring, conduit, and equipment; support testing and inspection of fire alarm systems under supervision; help identify and document deficiencies or issues; load/unload and organize tools and materials; maintain a clean, safe job site per OSHA; follow project instructions, drawings, and safety procedures; assist with troubleshooting as skills develop; participate in safety meetings and training. This entry-level role provides hands-on training and exposure to fire alarm and life safety systems in field conditions at commercial/industrial job sites.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- basic mechanical or electrical aptitude
- ability to obtain required licenses or certifications (as applicable)
