Fire Alarm Engineer

Conduct planned maintenance, reactive, and remedial calls across the customer base in line with British Standards and legislation. Communicate service, fault, and remedial visit details to customers, advising on outcomes and additional works required. Self-manage van stock to maximize first-time fixes, complete all issued works cost-effectively and timely, and attend identified training sessions. Identify non-conformances during service visits, report recommendations to the Service Desk for quotations, and respond to emergency calls within specified timescales. Undertake reasonable overtime as required to ensure premises remain operational, occasionally supervising junior engineers and providing support to others.
