Job Summary
Spearhead regional expansion by prosecuting new business opportunities and leveraging industry contacts to drive sales generation. Oversee full-cycle project pursuits from estimation and job costing to contract award and hand-off, while actively recruiting and managing top-tier Fire Alarm Technicians. Supervise all divisional personnel and field projects to ensure safe, profitable, and on-time completions. Direct ordering, forecasting, and inventory control of fire alarm parts and materials, plus review inspection reports to price and sell deficiency correction projects. Requires 5+ years in the Fire Alarm industry with expert-level estimating and leadership experience; includes extended hours and weekends as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of dedicated professional experience in the Fire Alarm industry
- Proven track record in specialized commercial sales and leadership within a high-paced contracting business
- Expert-level proficiency in structural estimating, project bidding, and accurate job costing
- Significant, demonstrated experience collaborating with General Contractors, Electrical Contractors, and specialized fire alarm stakeholders
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a natural capability to lead, influence, and build a high-performing group from the ground up
- Regular and reliable attendance
- Ability to work extended hours and weekends as required
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience estimating, designing, or managing projects within Data Center environments
- Active NICET II certification
- Clear commitment to obtaining NICET II certification rapidly
