Job Summary
Conduct routine maintenance and repair of fire alarm and security systems for new and existing customers. Maintain accurate records of service and maintenance reports while communicating effectively with clients regarding project status and scheduling. Possess knowledge of multiple manufacturers for fire alarm, CCTV, access control, and security systems, and stay current on latest technologies. Follow company safety procedures and protocols, including working at heights safely. Requires Texas State Fire Marshal licensing (FAL) and 2-3 years of experience in fire alarm and security service. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Texas State Fire Marshal licensing (FAL) or equivalent
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in fire alarm and security service and maintenance
- Possess a strong knowledge of fire alarm and security systems and their components
- Familiarity with local and national fire codes and regulations
- Ability to perform physical labor and work at heights in a safe and efficient manner
