Job Summary
Estimate costs for fire alarm and low voltage projects, analyze labor, materials, and equipment costs, perform risk analysis, and create detailed estimates and reports. Gather site data from sites/clients, use estimating software and Microsoft Suite for data analysis and budgeting, obtain and view offers/quotes, maintain client relationships, stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements, and travel as needed to sites for bids. Maintain rapport with suppliers and contribute to planning and profitability through thorough numerical analysis and clear communications.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years’ experience in low voltage, fire alarm, CCTV, access control and other low voltage systems.
