Job Summary
FIP Inspector role involves performing visual inspections of vehicles for defects, damages, and imperfections while ensuring safety protocols are followed. Responsibilities include notating issues, inspecting functional operations such as doors, locks, and seatbelts, facilitating installations when required, and maintaining a safe working environment. Applicants must possess a High School Diploma or GED, a valid US Driver’s License, and must be able to obtain a TWIC Badge. Experience with various vehicle operations is also required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid US Driver’s License
- Obtain and maintain a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC Badge)
- Experience operating automatic and straight (manual) shift vehicles
