Job Summary
Senior Product Manager to drive collaboration between Product and Marketing for exchange-related features; define and drive the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives; partner with engineering, UI/UX, marketing, and compliance to ensure timely, high-quality delivery; perform market and competitor analysis to optimize the user journey and trading experience; oversee the full product lifecycle from requirements and PRDs to wireframes, testing, and post-launch optimization; leverage data-driven insights and AI tools to improve product documentation and workflows; require 3-5+ years in crypto trading platforms, with English and Mandarin proficiency, analytical strengths, and a solid understanding of blockchain technology and crypto market dynamics.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 3 to 5+ years of solid experience in Product Management
- Industry Background: Proven product management experience specifically within cryptocurrency trading platforms/exchanges (e.g., Spot, Derivatives, Wallets, Fiat gateway, or Earn products)
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin) is required
- Core Skills: Strong analytical capabilities, excellent problem-solving skills, and a solid understanding of blockchain technology and crypto market dynamics
- Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, prioritize product backlogs, and thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment
