Job Summary
Senior Product Manager to drive collaboration between Product and Marketing for BTSE’s exchange-related features. Focus on building bridges between engineering, design, marketing, and compliance; conduct market and competitor analysis; oversee full product lifecycle from requirements to post-launch optimization; leverage customer insights to improve user experience and retention. Requires 3-5+ years in product management within crypto trading platforms, strong English and Mandarin communication, analytical mindset, and stakeholder management in an agile environment. Bonus: experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) and data analytics tools (Mixpanel, GA, SQL).
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5+ years product management experience
- Experience in cryptocurrency trading platforms/exchanges (e.g., Spot, Derivatives, Wallets, Fiat gateway, or Earn products)
- Fluency in English and Mandarin
- Strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills
- Solid understanding of blockchain technology and crypto market dynamics
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, agile environment
Desired Qualifications
- 3 to 5+ years product management experience in cryptocurrency trading platforms/exchanges
- Fluency in English and Mandarin (Mandarin) to communicate with global teams
