Job Summary
Lead or directly contribute to CRIMS implementations for Front and Middle Office Investment Management. Analyze and evaluate requirements while providing product expertise and guidance throughout the implementation project. Ensure solutions meet customer business needs and that the customer is prepared to operate the solution after go-live. Educate customers on methodologies and functionalities; advise on best practices for implementation and operation. Monitor requirements to identify enhancements and communicate product improvements. Support defect resolution and collaborate with Client Support and Product Management. Strong emphasis on senior-level delivery, customer-facing communication, and cross-functional teamwork; requires 5+ years of hands-on financial IT implementation experience, experience with Front/Middle/Back Office investment management systems, SQL proficiency, and willingness to travel. CFA is a strong plus.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with the implementation of mission-critical financial solutions
- Experience implementing investment management software (front/mid/back office)
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematical Finance, Economics, Engineering, or Computer Science; CFA strong plus
- Ability to travel to client sites regionally and globally; travel 30-50% typical
- Proficiency with SQL
- Strong customer service mindset and ability to influence clients and teams
- Strong communication, leadership, and project-management skills
- Experience in post-trade workflows and reconciliation (desired)
- Understanding of front, middle, and back office workflows and processes
- Experience working in banking, hedge funds, asset managers, or wealth management environments
