Job Summary
Fintech Product Manager – User Research for a 12-month contract to support a student loan assistance program. You will coordinate with internal teams and our FinTech partner, manage the program lifecycle, and scale initiatives through collaboration with external organizations. Drive user research to uncover actionable insights, develop KPIs and reports, and create a roadmap to improve the customer experience while identifying growth opportunities with external partners in a B2B2C approach. Responsibilities include project management, external partnerships, channel development, and translating user needs into actionable product improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 4-6 years of experience in program or product management
- User Research experience (A/B tests, surveys, interviews)
- Familiarity with Financial Services/FinTech or economic mobility programs a plus
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Ability to manage project plans and KPIs for monthly/quarterly reports
